Shipping policy
At Ktusu, we strive to provide fast, secure, and reliable shipping across India. Please read the details of our shipping process below.
Where Do We Deliver?
We deliver to all valid postal addresses within India. Since courier companies do not deliver to only a PIN code, please provide a complete street address along with your PIN code.
Deliveries are made during the standard working hours of our courier partners. Timings may vary based on your location.
Note: We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays as our logistics partners do not operate on these days.
Transit Times
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse locations. Therefore, you may receive multiple packages on different days.
Transit Risk
All shipments are fully insured at no additional cost. If the courier fails to deliver your package, the loss is ours—not yours.
However, once a package is marked “delivered” by the courier, we are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss occurring after delivery.
Shipment and Tracking Details
You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is handed over to the courier. Tracking information may take 24–48 business hours to reflect updates on courier websites.

Address Change Requests
Address changes can be accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us immediately with your order details to request changes.
Multiple Address Orders
We currently do not support shipping a single order to multiple addresses. If you want to ship to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Some courier companies charge penalties for incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any additional fees. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
Return to Sender (RTS) Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels, we will contact you for reshipment.
Customers are required to pay re-shipping charges for orders that were returned due to address or delivery issues.
Packing Method
All items are safely packed using protective bubble wrap, polythene layers, and sturdy corrugated boxes. We ship via premium air or surface courier services. Delivery generally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Time to Ship
Orders are typically processed within 12–36 hours of placement. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days from the order date.
Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and other factors. You may email us with product details for exact shipping estimates.
Delays in Shipping
The availability shown on product pages is an estimate of the dispatch time. If an item is out of stock or if there are delays, we will notify you via email.
Orders with multiple items may be delivered in separate consignments based on availability.
If part of an order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund or store credit for the unavailable items.
Note: Refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be processed for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. However, we may provide store credit on a case-by-case basis.
Billing Address vs. Shipping Address
The billing address is where your payment statements are sent, whereas the shipping address is where your order is delivered. For Cash on Delivery orders, only the shipping address is required.
Lost in Transit
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will wait for official courier confirmation (typically 15 days) and then reprocess or resend your order.
